On Saturday 10th of September we cooked a special dinner party Weston-Super-Mare. The meal was for one of our regular clients Ross and Ria for Ross’s 40th Birthday. 6 guests joined Ria and Ross to mark the special occasion for a four course meal.

Crispy chicken with beetroot yoghurt sauce
Filo wrapped mozzarella, beetroot puree, olive tapenade, rocket, shallot marmalade and basil oil

Both served with rosemary and sea salt focaccia
Pork belly with pine nut puree, pomme anna, roast squash, pickled carrot, kale and cider sauce

They make great Birthday and Christmas presents. when you purchase them you can get them as a 3 or 5 course meal for a certain amount of people. How to book
1. Decide on your evening
Choose a location, date and guests for your event
Browse our seasonal menu using fresh local produce and pick how many courses and what you would like to eat. If booking in advance you can have a bespoke menu created for you. If you would like this then please contact us.
3 .Place your order
To place your order or enquire about prices drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or for other ways to contact us visit our contact page.
4. Confirm booking and payment
To confirm and book your event we will send an invoice which can either be settled by credit or debit card through Paypal. A cheque can be used if being booked in advance. Cash payment can be accepted on the evening but will need to be paid at the start of the evening.
6. Relax and enjoy
That’s it all book, relax and enjoy your evening we have everything in hand.
All that is left to do is confirm the time you want to start your meal & the address of where it is to be held. Make sure you inform us of any dietary requirements.

On the day of the event we may need to arrive approximately 2 – 4 hours before the start of service but this will be confirmed before the day. We will bring all the ingredients to prepare the meal in your kitchen. Each dish will be cooked for you and the kitchen will be left clean and tidy.

a personal chef for holiday catering
I sampled a bottle of the stunning Conker Spirit Dorset Dry Gin. As a caterer covering the Dorset and Somerset area I feel using local produce is key. Conker Spirit is Dorset’s first gin distillery. They have taken a modern approach to gin rather than using an old recipe. This creates a fresh and unique gin and is rather exciting.
Created using British wheat spirit and New Forest spring water. Their slogan explains it perfectly. “No gimmicks. No fuss. Just top-notch small batch gin distilled in Dorset.”
The Dry gin is created with their own special mix of ten botanicals. The botanicals include gorse flowers, elderberries and samphire. They distill and bottle the gin themselves at the distillery based in Bournemouth down the back streets.
About the gin
So onto the gin itself! The bottle has a beautifully unique shape and a beautiful copper top. The slogan “That’s the spirit circle the neck of the bottle. Each bottle is individually hand signed by Rupert Holloway the founder of Conker Spirit. The Gin has a great contrast of sweet, bitter and fresh notes. It is a superb smooth and light gin containing citrus and floral notes. It also has a hint of juniper and I think a hint of citrus such as lime. There is a woody dry taste on the finish of this gin. None of the ten botanicals overpower the other, they are in perfect balance. The quality of this gin certainly shines through.
