Roasted peach

Parma ham, goats cheese and honey brushetta

Asparagus and roasted red pepper

With whipped feta on a rye crisp

Smoked salmon

In cheddar cups with avocado mousse


With caper, chilli and citrus dressing


Roasted beetroot salad

With blue cheese, hazelnuts, endive and rocket


With serrano ham and a pea and parsley sauce

Tomato gazpacho

Sharer for two Herbed whole baked camembert drizzled with rapeseed oil served with bread croutes and dressed rocket pomegranate and walnut salad

Duck breast

Thyme roasted carrots and dauphinoise potatoes with red wine sauce

Crispy pork belly

with pomme anna, celeriac remoulade, apple puree and a cider sauce

Wild mushroom risotto

With parmesan and pea shoots, served with ciabatta drizzled with olive oil


macaroni cheese with garlic and rosemary focaccia and watercress salad

Rack of lamb

with black pudding, pea veloute, glazed carrots and spring vegetables and watercress


White chocolate and strawberry torte

with clotted cream and strawberry coulis

Chocolate tart with raspberry and meringue

We are extremely excited about this menu and it is using, as always, plenty of fresh local seasonal produce. There are lots of romantic ingredients used throughout our Valentine Day Meal Menu. These include champagne, chocolate, rose, seafood, asparagus, duck and raspberries. The perfect gift for a loved one for a special evening together!

Smoked salmon  On melba toast with mini pea panna cotta and crème fraiche

Parma ham On bread chips with hazelnut butter and sage Starters Crab  Wrapped in a parsley gel, cucumber, radish




Asparagus salad Smoked trout brandade, guacamole, bread crisps, chili oil

Textures of beetroot With goats cheese, oats, rocket



Duck breast with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans, red wine sauce

Creamy asparagus and pea tart with mixed salad leaves, herb vinaigrette, crushed new potatoes

Cod  with champagne and honey sauce, crispy potatoes and asparagus



White chocolate panna cotta  with raspberry syrup, pistachios and caramelised white chocolate

Coffee mousse with white chocolate cream, coffee crumb, shortbread biscuits

Baked custard with orange poached rhubarb  with  lemons biscuits, pistachio cream and confit orange
