We held a special Sunday lunch for Easter Sunday last weekend. Full details of the menu and pictures will be posted tomorrow but in the meantime I thought I would share a video with you. The video captures the starter of a crystal clear wild mushroom Consommé being poured over sautéed mushrooms, confited shallots, mushroom floss and parsley. The wild mushroom consommé is served in mini glass teapots so you can pour it over the other ingredients to finish the dish at the table.
