Starter:

Wild mushroom consommé

with sautéed mushrooms, confit shallots, parsley, mushroom floss and blue cheese rarebit

Main:

Moroccan spiced lamb loin and braised Moroccan lamb neck

with cumin roasted carrots, coriander, hummus, dukkah, cauliflower and spiced lamb sauce

Dessert:

Peach parfait with honey thyme roasted peaches, almonds, almond sponge, raspberries and lemon balm
